Tottenham assistant manager Cristian Stellini has said the club are still waiting to discover whether Antonio Conte will return to London and attend Sunday's game with Manchester City.
He said: "It’s a difficult week because the energy Antonio has is a big fire and all staff have to push themselves to another level to transfer the right things.
“We’re playing such a difficult match so maybe it is easier this week because we have a big beast to challenge, so it is normal the players are so focussed on this type of match.
"The decision will be made tomorrow, we are ready to do everything.
"Antonio and the doctors who did the surgery will decide for him, we have 48 hours to decide.
"We have time."
