Fulham midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah is in talks with West Brom over an 18-month deal, according to the Evening Standard.
The midfielder arrived in West London in the summer of 2021, but his opportunities have been few and far between this term.
Chalobah has played less than 20 minutes in the Premier League and was sent off on his only league start against Newcastle.
As a result, he could be moved on before the window closes.
