Arsenal have seen their £60m bid for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo rejected.
According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, the Gunners have seen their opening offer knocked back for the 21-year-old with the Seagulls stating that he’s not for sale.
And their position is unlikely to change.
